1. What is iServU?
iServU is an online Services directory where consumers can find any service company to help them perform any service related job. After a consumer and a service company agree on a price for parts, labor and a date when the job should be performed, iServU charges the full job amount and holds it in escrow until the job is complete. If the service company never shows, the consumer gets a full refund minus the iServU Pay Protect fee of 5%. No tricks, no gimmicks.

2. Is there a membership fee?
iServU does not charge the consumer a membership fee. Service Companies pay a $9.95 a year listing fee.

3. How is iServU unique?
iServU is unique in contrast to other service listing sites, in that we not only offer our consumers a rating system to sort through service companies, but also a Patent Pending system of payment protection. In essence, if the service company does not show, the consumer gets a full refund minus the 5% Pay Protect fee.

iServU has over 850 service categories. While other sites only focus on Contractors, or Medical, we provide categories in most all service industries.

6. How do I use iServU?
iServU is very simple to use, once logged in, navigate to the service category of your choosing, make sure there is a service company in that category within your area and contact them. For more information of how to use iServU go to Help

7. Is iServU secure?
iServU makes every effort to protect both customer information and provide a very secure environment. We have ControlScan services to test our security on a daily basis. All of our customer input pages are also secured by GoDaddy Site Security.

8. How are Services rated?
After the completion of each job, the consumer who hired the service company is required to input a review, our review has been made simple so that consumers do not have to spend too much time. We base our ratings on a 5 star system based in 4 categories: timeliness, efficiency, knowledge and courtesy. Then those four ratings form the overall job rating which is their average.

iServU Privacy Policy is a standard created to protect consumer information. In essence, iServU, pledges not to sell, share or pass on any of our customer data or information.
